Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before finalising your order. Dixxon Australia is not responsible for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. While we will always do our best to accommodate address changes after an order is placed, it remains the customer’s responsibility to verify all information is correct at the time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dixxon is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Dixxon is not responsible for items/packages held at customs etc.

Please allow up to 20 business days for international orders to arrive

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items have a 9 month warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover postage for change of mind returns.

Please be advised, we do not offer prepaid returns for change of mind/size returns or exchanges.
